Wedding Venue : The Perfect Alternative Venue

Breckenhill is a private and secluded wedding venue located in the heart of Antrim. Set in a quiet, picturesque location in the hills near Ballyclare, we offer a truly flexible and unique venue in an 18th century barn, sympathetically restored using reclaimed slates and timber flooring.

The barn and its surroundings are an ideal, secluded, and very private venue for your wedding.

The upstairs conference room seats up to 80 for the service, and can also be used for the wedding feast, seating guests at either round or rectangular tables. You can have your champagne reception downstairs, or in good weather, in the garden or marquee alongside the barn.

In addition to the upstairs room, the stone-walled room downstairs can also be used for a small marriage service, seating 25 guests. This room opens onto the patio and garden, where a marquee can be erected to extend the covered area, act as bar area or for food service. It is also possible to hire a larger marquee extending onto the adjacent tennis court.
